Current rankings of tribemates:
1st-Nick. Guy knows I have an idol and honestly he's starting to show he can match me both socially and strategically and I desperately needed that this game. Excited to see how we do.
2nd-Van. I love Van. Our conversations are extremely nerdy and we have so so much in common its ridiculous. I don't know how long I'm going to be able to keep her around if she is seen as the "not social one" and I can't afford to go out on a limb for her here. She contributed a lot to her portion of the challenge and I'm super impressed, but she needs to step it up socially with the other members of the tribe.
3rd-Aly. There is a razor thin margin between Ben and Aly for me right now because they are both so similar in that their social graces are kind of all over the place. Aly is sweet and probably is less socially grating to others so I have to rank her higher. I think I've stated I see her as a potential social rival later on in terms of just being "likable" but I can't really afford to worry about that right this moment so long as people don't pick her over me.
4th-Ben. Our call went well, but I found it hard to get him to carry a conversation with things that I like to do. The minute I started talking about something he wasn't interested in he immediately began to back down or seem uninterested. I don't have time to drag people around and make them be better socially, but that being said, he might be an ideal goat for the reasons I've stated above which makes him someone worth considering.
5th-Kari. Makes me laugh when she is around...but where the fuck is she and why isn't she trying harder? She clearly can be a social force, but actively doesn't put in the effort to really do anything with anyone. Yet somehow people "like her" in spite of her lack of being around. I am hoping to have a call with her eventually to see where her head is at, but right now, definitely not high on her.

Oh hey we didn't just lose, we were decimated rotfl. I had a gut feeling we didn't perform well enough to win tbh.
I'm in a 3 person group with Nick and Aly. We are going to talk tonight to see if we can come up with something collectively and go from there.
I have this...horrible feeling that it's going to come down to Van and Kari.

I honestly lucked out by this Nick thing working out. Obviously he has plenty of time to blindside me still, but he is proving time and time again that he was the right person to work with night 1.
Thank god, I was very worried. He's a great ally and I am lucky as I don't think anyone else on this tribe shows the level of strategy and social dominance as he does. He's a naturally charismatic person and that's exactly what I need right now.
Huge risk, huge payoff.

Okay so my confessional from last night that is 9 minutes long is still not uploaded to youtube. Something has to be wrong with my computer. I think I'm just going to stick to live confessionals going forward as I cannot reliably post in time.
Currently Aly has been caught throwing me hardcore under the bus to someone and I have to discuss this with Nick and Van before a decision is made. Kari put in a LOT of effort with me in the last 24 hours so I'm hoping that effort is genuine and means something because she sounds sincere as hell.
At the moment, my guess is the vote is between Aly and Ben. Will let you know as soon as I know shit. Just had a hell of a day at work. Good god.
