what is edgic?
This week on....All out 3.
Zaxxon dominates the tribal challenges - seemingly Gaston carries them to back to back victories, for this reason he ends up with an OTT toneless edit. He is their Joey Amazing, their Oscar Lusth and very likely their tribe leader. You go Gaston, win those challenges.
Ali is there, I assume, and probably does things.
Antoinette is the quirky newbie with a lot to prove - and she proves it...but just a little bit. The VL says she's a queen, she likely leaves earlier than their hearts can take.
Jumi won Reelfoot, and she's here to win All Out 3 too. Queen wants her crown again. Realistically, she is probably running this tribe really easily? I think she is a tremendous player - and you probably do too.
Marcellino - ?? i know nothing about this person.
Xevious - This is our matsing disaster tribe. How did they get put together? We all wonder. These were the 6 least capable players in my head coming in, and seeing them get stomped in every challenge is just sad. At least they have stories and get some airtime this week. Roll in that 15 minutes of fame xevious, very few of you are here for the long haul!
Ben - Fresh off a second boot on his tribe performance in Endure, Ben is here and READY TO MAKE BIG MOVES. He talked about that a lot in Endure: that he wanted to become a BiG NaME in the ORG Community. Whatever that means? I'm sure he's doing it this time. I think Ben got unlucky in Endure, and he's a good, capable player. I expect him to survive this tribe probably and find greener pastures.
Kari - QUEEN SLAY ETC. She is drinking a wine bottle, is probably entertainment gold and is a VERY smart player. She beat me in a ftc of a silly mini game one time, and I love her dearly, so does the audience I'm sure. She is very funny, extremely charismatic and just ~gets~ survivor without being a dork about it. Easy winner threat.
Nicholas - idk, i dont like him not going to lie
Van - beep beep
And now we get to the main event. Obviously, idk anything about the prior people and I'm purely guessing.
This tribe is fun, engaging and full of competent players. It's small and with very little wiggle room. Ryan/Joshua/Kilby make an alliance fairly early, Ryan/Joshua pitch an All Guys Alliance to run the game and Kilby is VERY nervous about that. Kilby is CP because episode one is about him getting cold feet about the group of people he finds himself associating with. Kilby smiles, nods and continues to bro out, but ponders other options and works to make sure he is not the villain not giving the women a chance.
Kilby/Taylor become a duo - Taylor is probably less sure of it than Kilby. Taylor is Positive for being underestimated by Ryan/Joshua. People don't realize how smart and capable she is - other than Kilby, who adores her and wants her to do well. They call immediately (Even before the tribe call!) and after. The tribe seems to be about Taylor, but she finds herself a little on the outs, and she can't quantify why. Joshua specifically talks to her very little, and seeing as his hands are in all the cookie jars that makes her worried. Taylor describes herself as an emotionless player, and her confessionals are probably awesome and fairly cutthroat. She likely weighs the pros and cons of working with Kilby, and concludes he will make a good shield - but she has her eyes on him. Taylor is one of the best players on the cast, and her story is about not getting her fair due. I'm sure over these 39 days she will prove a lot of silly people wrong. Taylor is observant. That characteristic defines her. You can see her eyes calculating behind her glasses, and I doubt she'll ever stop. Will she let Kilby be a shield? Or does she not think she needs one!
Kilby is a more chill version of himself. He plays support on the night one calls, is wearing a ducket hat, and mostly is a more relaxed and focused version than some people have seen him be before. He DOES find himself included in most alliances that form, and that makes people think he can win. The issue is that Kilby vanishes a little in the second round, and is struggling socially more than usual. Can he recover? Does he have to? Well, maybe not because he FOUND AN IDOL DAY 1 AYYYYYYY
Ryan enters the tribe a little bit standing out. He's the older guy - and he's VISIBLY nervous about that fact. he tries super hard to fit in on the night one call, be chummy and fun and not seeming out of touch. It mostly works, but people by and large notice that is what he's doing. Ryan was on BBCAN6, and namedrops a lot of pseudo reality stars - that catches a twinkle in the eye of one Young Joshua Spitzer who refers to Ryan as a Celebrity and someone he wants to work with for that reason. Ryan also breaks out of his shell throughout the first episode into a more likable and charming version of himself, but he is still a LITTLE awkwardly placed. He forms the alliance with Kilby and Joshua, and spends a lot of time interrogating people about the idol - and brings up the dudes alliance. This makes Kilby skeptical of him as a long term ally, seeing him as a little bit stubborn. Maybe that can change, but Ryan seems to march to the beat of his own drum. He wants to be the leader (even if he isn't).
Joshua - Joshua episode 1 and 2 are different people. Episode 1 he is charming, fun and does a good job incorporating...episode 2 tells a different story. Multiple people have called him egotistical, apathetic, etc. He has really dipped in the tribe rankings (Even to Ryan!~). He is in a fine enough position, but somehow he has managed to rub wrongly on just about the entire tribe.
Gina - misunderstood Queen. Gina was the de-facto first boot in just about every way. She didn't show up n1, was not very active and fucked up the first challenge. Yet, she had supporters and helpers ready and willing to fight for her to stay. Kilby was willing to do anything he could to keep Gina, but she was the Public First boot. What that means for her moving forward? Hard to say - Gina's story hasn't properly started, but she has a lot to give from a character perspective, and will probably be here for quite a while.
