Yesterday we won the challenge!! I was super excited to find out that we did better than the other tribes and that we don't have to vote anyone out tonight. I wasn't sure if I would be safe if we were going to have to go to tribal. That being said, I currently know where everyone is with finding the idol on our tribe and thank god no one has found it (unless they have by this time). I am working with multiple people on our tribe but mainly I am locked in with Gaston as we furthered our relationship this evening. I have figured out a more concrete way to describe my strategy as it's to use my social skills to make anyone believe that I am working with them so I can be a confidant in any portion of this game. This is how I know where everyone is in the idol search and how I get along so well with Gaston. Our vibes and game plays are very similar so we are able to connect on what we want to accomplish. So far, our goal is to pull in Alex and make ourselves three strong if he's open to the idea of working with the two of us.
My game play is to play the naive card throughout my time here because I have never played before and so many others have played at least two-three games. My goal is to always lead on less than I actually know which is what I've been doing thus far; if I act like I am less likely to know things because of how new I am, I will use that to my advantage so that I am underestimated during the entirety of this game. Hopefully I can execute this plan well so that I do not screw up my own game in the process as I have all intentions of doing whatever it takes to get to the end. No one knows exactly how many games Gaston has played but with his experience and a mixture of our social skills I believe we might be able to get far in this game if no one suspects us working together.
I am excited to see what this game has to offer in the time ahead and I am hoping I can go far although I won't get my hopes up as it is my first game ever.
